The Encyclopédistes
The question of authorship and the Encyclopédie has a long and storied history. We have worked to incorporate much of the recent scholarship regarding the "Encyclopédistes" into the electronic edition, including the problem of unsigned articles and author attribution, and the establishment of a full list of contributors (see below).
